Ranger Build

Hey Guys. Quick question. I want to build a Ranger (Hunter/Nature). What is better to pick as my first mastery, Nature or Hunter? I picked Nature to start off with Call of the wild and Heart of the Oak, but now at level 8, I find my bow skills are insufficient. Should I start over and pick hunter first and then Nature as my secondary?
