Is anything immune to poison debuffs?

I'm asking this because even undead, bosses, and even Typhon himself, are all affected by the Plague (Nature Mastery). They don't all take damage, but the debuffing upgrades - reduced resistances and damage - work on everything.

I'd like to know if the poison debuffs - slow and confusion - work on everything as well.

All bosses are immune to confusion. Everything else seems to stick.
