    The Poisoned Spring - Help

    I can't seem to find where to complete this quest and I swear I've uncovered everything possible up to this point. Anyone recall where this is completed?

    Just go west and slightly south from the town where you get the quest and you will find an npc near the water that will give you the next step of the quest to go into the nearby cave.

    That's part of the problem. I don't recall where I got the quest at this point . Right now I'm sitting in Sparta looking at the map to figure out where I should be going but the map doesn't label anything for you after you've been there (well, for the most part).
