i have radeon mobility 4300 HD series, win7 x64 enterprise

i don't know what to do, it happens on all games

Try downloading and installing DirectX 9.0b/c as older games prefer that over the newer versions. It will instally alongside the latest and not overwrite it.

Change compatability for the program to Win XP Service Pack 2.

i solved it now, it was in graphics driver, but i installed them before 40 days, and now, i think, maybe i installed same one but problem is gone, and, it's impossible to uninstall directx from win7

No, you don't uninstall DirectX, it's a vital part of the guts of the machine. But many older games don't like the current version which is about 11 or 12 iirc, but they are very happy if you also install DirectX 9.0b/c. The two run side by side so no need to uninstall one or worry about it being overwritten.
