Well you play in TQ until you find an item you want and then import.
I'm curious,what of the Siren gives? I played vanilla TQ only once,finished normal and then i got IT,im gonna try vanilla again to farm some items.
For Harrowing weapons im gonna wait Act 3/4 Legendary to farm.

Basically all you need is one TQ character in legendary to (shop-)farm those items. Then you can import a copy of him whnevever he found something.

Keep in mind, though, that those affixes were probably removed for a reason.
While fun for a while, a toon that just stands in the crowds because he leeches life faster than he loses it is not very challenging.

Siren (15% of damage mana burn, +15% elemental damage, chance to confuse)

I think it also had a chance to mind control creatures, I'm not sure though.
