Distortion field, the new version

Hello,

Distortion field became the second skill in the new lucid dream/premonition tree.
Since it has a 5% to activate, does that mean that the passive skills above it only activate when it does ?

good question. i never thought of this before.
easy way to check tough. use defiler. make a test char. pump up the passive just above distortion field. i don't remember the name but if i'm right it gives a % bonus to all speed.
then check your movement spd on the char screen. if it's over 100% then the passives work without distortion field active.

i'll check and post in a few if noone beats me to it.

ok yeah.
the skill is temporal flux.
and i just removed all my speed enhancing gear.
1 point in the skill giving +2% total speed.
102% casting and run speed.
so distortion field was just moved. you don't need it active for the other passives.

Yeah... that skill is mis-leading in that it is in the LD tree, but it works as it does in regular TQIT (ie just a regular passive skill)
