look in my signature you will find where to download it from (in the compilation thread)
when you download it winrar will open up and you just extract the files to "C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne\custommaps"
if you dont have the custom maps folder then just make it
installation instruction are included in the download anyway but yeah thats how you install it^^^
