Interesting comment there was
Think about it, you don't own a copy of Diablo 3 , only access to it and you paid full price.

More fool you then. People knew they wouldn't own the game long before it came out. They also knew there would be a huge demand around the world and no matter how much work/testing a company does there will be teething problems which take time to sort out. The cafe owners are only sueing because they're going to have to start paying Blizzard royalties soon; if it was still free they wouldn't give a damn about the servers being down.
Don't buy games that are online only, don't believe the hype about how wonderful it all going to be, save your money and wait for Grim Dawn to be released.

? More fool you then ?
You do realize that it was not my comment right? That was just a random comment by some gamer I thought was interesting.
Dude, of course people knew they wouldn't own the game. I think everybody who was keeping track of D3's development knew that. Did you actually think that because someone found a comment interesting that that somehow means it was the first time they had heard about it?
I actually found it interesting because of the " price " comment not the " you want own the actual game " part of the comment.

I understand the problems some people are having with D3 - which are all legit issues - but the amount of people on these forums who keep spewing out the whole "wait until Grim Dawn" bullshit is starting to wear thin.
I got nothing against Grim Dawn and can't wait for it to be released - whenever that'll be, but I'm not going to spend my time waiting on a game nobody really knows anything about (and everything we do know is subject to change) when I could play a game that's already here.
