Text spills out of the text boxes

Hi, I got titan quest immortal throne on steam, and updated to 1.17 .sd. The problem is that when I speak to a npc, all of the scrolling text appears at once. I just see the whole wall of text floating north, on top of the text box that's supposed to contain it. Anyone ever saw this? Strange thing is, vanilla TQ is also installed, and the bug doesn't happen there, text stays within text box boundaries, it's only in TQIT. Also I checked without 1.17 installed and it happens anyway. Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? It might be a corrupted file somewhere.

I found what it is. It's the mod I use to have depth and convergence presets for 3D vision. Sometimes it can cause glitches, this is a new one though. Anyway no matter, it's liveable without it.

Guess that would be a problem with older games not supporting 3D. Can't you turn it off for the game though and put it into 2D mode? Or is it just too fiddly to bother with? Some things can be really difficult to find when you want to adjust something these days. I'm still not sure where Win7 has stored some programs these days and other functions seem to have disappeared completely.

No it's not really a problem in fact, it only means I'm stuck using the default camera position when I play (can't really zoom in or out), since I have to set up the 3d manually so that the 2d interface and cursor is aligned with the ground, this is the only "issue" with this game in 3d otherwise it's flawless and looks fantastic.
