[REL] Patchfix for Fanpatch 1.17

Before I made a hotfix for this animation, it varied from 'sparkling beams' to 'sparkling ring' depending on direction the character was facing. The only way to ensure how it should look like is to install vanilla TQ and check it there, I suppose.

Here's a bug -

Kinslay does not spawn. The minotaur lord doesn't have the proper loottable for it.

From vorbis when I PM'd him about it looong ago:

Yes, you are right the corresponding loot proxies are only listed in records\creature\monster\minotaur\am_lord_21.dbr, an unused dbr with lots of broken links.

Added it to my buglist. Sometimes I think there are more broken than working things in the game.

Maybe someone can PM him asking for his buglist, maybe someone else can finish what he started.

EDIT: Just had a look at the dbr file and I can't see what's wrong with it. am_lord_21.dbr links to the MI_Minotaurlordaxe loottable, which in turn links to the dbr of Kinslay. Am I missing something here?

am_lord_21 isn't used by the proxies which spawn the boss, just think of the directory where ALL boss files are. Hint: It's located in records/creature/questmonsters, not minotaur. THAT one has no links, AND that's the one used by proxies.

Just think - how many people have you heard of using a Kinslay? How many have you found?

NO one has ever had one except if they cheated to get it or used TQ without IT. Even then, I dunno.

Update!

- Kinslay drops from the Minotaurboss and from the minotaurlords on Mount Olympus (It's called minotaurlordaxe after all )
- Exhumed Headdress doesn't give stun resistance anymore, as it is a MI-Bonus on a non-MI item and specific to the Ceremonial Headdress (the MI)
