    [REL] Patchfix for Fanpatch 1.17 (v1.17c)

    Hi there,

    2 months ago I came across the buglist thread for the Fanpatch 1.17. As I saw that there weren't any people left working on a Fanpatch 1.18 to fix the remaining issues, I decided to try and implement most fixes reported there.

    Today I can finally present to you the outcome of my work: The Patchfix for 1.17

    First off, this is still not tested on a wide scope of installations. You shouldn't run into problems though. Just test it and report back here If something goes wrong, you can always revert to your backup files (for instructions on which files to backup, see the Readme), but nevertheless USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! (and read the Readme )

    IMPORTANT! This Fix requires an installed Fanpatch 1.17!
    EVEN MORE IMPORTANT! READ THE README!

    Dude! Don't make me reinstall the game! I'm friggin' busy these days!

    Fixed animation of the skills "Rally" and "Strength of the pack"
    What was the problem with those animations, anyway?

    Rally and SotP had double "localized" tags, one from the effect, and one from the database, both enabled meant when you turn on the effect and walk around, the effect ISN'T localized, instead it changes as you move. (test it or look at the fanpatch thread, i posted a video i think) What this does is fix it so that the effect stays on you and doesn't move, it looks wayyy better

    Thanks. I see it!

    The pulsating effect of the Rally aura was completely f***** up. Now it looks pretty neat.

    Could you organise it to tell what fixes are language dependant?
    (telling what won't be corrected if we don't use the Text_EN.arc file)
