Hi guys i got two questions :

fist : How can i bring one of my char to an other computer?
Second : Are items that give +5% of experience (with of course, more stats ) rare??

I believe the +%exp is a rare modifier.

yeah they are rare but I have items that do 10+ % exp that I have found in Normal Mode and Epic Act 1, so I am sure there is better in Epic Act 2 & 3 and Legendary. Also I saw a post for someone saying they found a helm that did + 25 % exp. Not sure if it was blue, grape, or whatever

The green items with +xp seem to have negative modifiers as well. I've seen 3 on merchants so far and each has had a very heavy health penalty. The GOOD one had +34%xp but had -59%hp. :|
