They've explicitly said that it will be and that it will include modding tools. It actually sounds like it will have better mod support than TQ had.

I've had my pre-order in since the beginning of 2010, but I threw in a little extra for the Kickstarter. It's like I get to collect loot already even before the game is out by getting different in-game badges and stuff every time I throw money at my screen. Heh.

Same here. I like boxed versions of games (I'm old-fashioned) and I definitely wanted the Will-o-the-Wisp to light my way at night because I hate fighting in the dark.

Yeah I had no idea either till I got an email about it with I think it back about 13/5...I think it even came from TQ.net Support...lol a month ago is a long time I got in with a $50 pledge...it looks awesome!!! Can't wait...
