    1. Dual wield
    2. Onslaught
    3. DW is good 1 pointer though you can max it to trivialize early Act 1 then respect to Psionic Immolation to own the rest of Normal
    4. Phantom Strike is godly - it's your calling card as a dual wielding harbinger of doom.

Here's an excellent TitalCalc for a dual-wielding Harbinger: click me

I think most players go the dual-wield route, using Onslaught as the left-mouse button skill and War Wind on right-mouse button (at least, that's the way my lvl 35 Harb is set up).

Distortion Wave is very handy for its slowing ability, although it's really not needed for this build. Anything that's slowed by 50% for 4 seconds is a LOT easier to kill. Most folks will put only one point into Distortion Wave because the slowing aspect doesn't increase with more points. (For those who want to use Distortion Wave as a killer skill, they'd max Psionic Immolation for the damage-dealing part of that skill set.) Harbs are powerful enough that you probably won't need Distortion Wave, so the skill points are better spent elsewhere.

And Phantom Strike is an excellent skill. It comes in very handy because it allows you to close distance to enemies--both single and groups--without being detected, and then appear out of nowhere to strike a blow. As you can see in the TitanCalc link above, Phantom Strike and its synergy, Dream Stealer, are both maxed. So, with Dream Stealer maxed, you can hit up to 6 targets at once with Phantom Strike. This helps against groups of enemy archers, for example.

Some people recommend starting with a spear/shield while you put points into your dual-wield tree. The spear/shield combo helps you survive until your DW skills are sufficient to switch to two weapons.

It's a fun build and can be effective offensively, but the lack of a shield can be a small drawback in terms of defense. However, other skills can compensate for lack of a shield by increasing your Defensive Ability and your ability to Dodge Attacks, etc.

Me too! PS is almost an "I win" button hehe . It's a great way to avoid getting peppered with arrows on the way to the biggest threat in a crowd .

My method is to maximize onslaught by using warwind on the junk mobs, then find the elite mob and click on him with phantom strike. If he is not dead, then at least half of his health is gone and you are laughing
