So, I'm a 39 haruspex, my build looks like this. This seems to work pretty well for me, but any suggestions?

I just finished act 1 epic, and was wondering if at the moment if the act 1 telkine is worth farming in epic, or talos?

I know this is a pretty vague question, but is there any certain items I should be looking for? Like any monster specific items?

Can you duel-wield spears?

Looks pretty solid to me.

I'd consider one point in each for Distortion Wave (50% slow), Distortion Field (negate DOT) and Trail Blazing (trap immunity) for the utility.


And no, you cannot dual wield Spears. If you saw something like that, those were probably javelins.
If you went the spear route, you'd want to invest heavily in Phantom Strike, btw.

Lol a very common question we seem to get. Can you dual-wield spears? Just think -- how would that look? Not good at all, imo

Items - You usually want to buff yourself up with items, like MI's, with the right affixes and charm/ relic. I haven't had a chance to play Haruspex (or Titan Quest as of late, tbh) so I can't really help you on the specifics
