    question about electrical burn damage

    Would % increase in electrical burn damage (lucid dream) affect lightning attacks in storm? Essentially I'm trying to build a prophet

    No. Only +%lightning dmg , +%elemental dmg , +%Int and +%total dmg affect lightning dmg.
    But electrical burn dmg is affected by +% electricla burn dmg and of course by +%Int and +%total dmg.
