Hehe yes, that is the best weapon for Trigger Happy. MOS and Magellan are also pretty good. And handguns.

As it happens, my latest (and probably last) soldier uses it with a Handgun and a Magellan.

Handguns are amazingly useful in general. I even like the Revolver, although it doesn't get much credit in the wiki.
