I thought I'd take a look at it and it seems fun, but I have to admit, I don't really get how this works.
Can an army only be created as recruits to an existing army?
And I also can't protect the guy I created. So to try and have a "protected" army, should I "add" it to the one I couldn't protect? What happens then? I'm confused...

Ah, OK. Now I got it, can't add to my self-created army. How the game could recognize that but on the other hand deny me the passowrd protection is odd.

Glad you figured it out. The protection is a mess... but now that it seemed to work I sent you a couple of guys.
Just take care what you pick as starting skills for new guys. That is the best time to select.

Another recruit has finally passed our IQ Tests and been accepted into the Killers 4 Peace! He will immediately be inserted into our fast-track training program and be forged into an elite soldier in no time.

I think I sent you one guy back. Does it matter at all what that "Spam Armies" just created to give somebody coins can do? I have new recruits from other users now (thank you!), but I can't add them or anything, so I guess it's just for the coins and I have to create soldiers to improve the army.

Does it matter at all what that "Spam Armies" just created to give somebody coins can do?

Yes. The first soldier of each such "army" will fight in your raids, making you extra money when new recruits cease to give any.

So while your main army is of course most important, it pays to bookmark those single guys and occasionally raise them too - ideally up to level 6 in order to get Saboteurs and Comms Officers. Because they use their skills form off screen, having a few of them in the queue (which can get long) makes raiding a lot easier.

There are diminishing returns to that too, since the waves get exponnentially harder... but doing 5-10 of them each day really helps your income.
