The best thing about VO, especially later, is the stun on all the fragments.

1) Launch VO a bit in front of the group
2) Hold
3) Start firing Ternion so that it hits when VO lands
4) Keep firing while they run through the stuns
5) Put Eruption in front of yourself, maybe Stoneform
