Thread: Potential changes to the mod.

    i've been trying a brute/necro and i'm part way through act 2 now.

    i like the idea of a dual wield native for brute because honestly it's a little bothersome having my off hand empty.
    BUT, here's another idea.
    what if you took the mage shield/orb idea and revamped it for a bar fighting brute?

    for instance. a mug of ale off hand item with a proc of "button pushed" berserker effect.
    "you...YOU SPILLED MY BEER!! AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!"

    i realy like the idea of fist weapons. it was something TQ was missing. and at first i thought of shields that don't need str.
    but this makes even more sense for the feel of the mastery.

    also, i just figured out (duh) that the formulas for using toughs elemental shards are sold by the mage venders only.
    are there any for fist weapons? or should i not be bothering looking each town trip?
    i love the expanded crafting too. i hope you get some more time to work on it.

    Mod rocks, even if you never touch it again.

    But if you do....

    Wands. Let's get them working and useful.

    Necrolectrics:
    Channeling Baton and Stigma Bomb should be allowed with wands. It just makes sense thematically and mechanically.

    Cabal:
    Dark Rupture - maybe this skill can actually do something?

    Wish I had more time to work on it but I'm kinda limited by TQIT. Without using my own map I can't make it how I want it, and I really don't want to.

    I had so many plans for crafting and everything but yea...

    as for your orb idea for brute - brilliant, I love it. I will write it on my future plans list and see if I can do it, that's just too funny.

    Dark Rupture - it does do something, it adds a radius to your projectiles from wands, you just need to have the LMB skill active.
