Suggestion: Quick Cast

Sorry to resurect an extremely old thread but this was the only one i could find when searching for a solution.

Is there now a mod to do what the OP has asked? It's still annoying to have to press the number key and then click to target even if the spell doesn't need a target.

I've mapped keys 1-3 to my mouse buttons and was hoping they would quick cast for spells that don't require a target.
