on start screen only some armor showing

i tried searching forums for this problem. i don't know if theres any correlation but i've changed my character's skin many different times with the dyes/potions.

my character is only level 12 so far, and i seem to have gradually lost more armor on my char in the start menu. char is only showing greaves and shield.

i have another just at level 7 and she's fine. i did the triple load for both.

i'm worried about this. i hope it doesn't matter. thanks.

edit: this is only on the char start menu, i have all my stuff in game.

one other thing though, i made it to the path of the dead waypoint where lilith's scout is outside the cave, and i headed towards the WP without talking to the scout. he disappeared before i got there. i was ready to quit playing and just wanted the WP
