So much for a weekend vacation. All I wanted was to have a great Spring Break with my family. It's a freaking weekend for crying out loud. Not even 24 hours and I get into trouble no one has or possibly has ever gotten into. Let me tell you, be lucky you didn't go to Greece this Spring. Let me tell you...

I am a teacher at Nancy Harcest Elementary, been for the past 7 years, will continue on until I die. It's simply put like this: I teach the 3rd graders. I have a lovely wife and 2 great children. And blah, blah, blah going to the start of my adventure.
It was a adventure just getting on the plane. Getting the baggage on the plane went something like this: there was a lady working the baggage. Unfortunatly, the lady spoke Spanish. I studied French, not Spanish.
"Excuse me, miss."
"Si señor."
"I'm sorry, what did you say?"
"Sentimos que desea que la línea."
I don't know what she pointed to, but I asked for the manager.
"Si voy a obtener el administrador de."
She grabbed the microphone and said
"El Sr. Boshine que se necesitan en el mostrador 11."
The manager came to the counter and siad "Lo siento Alejandra, yo me encargo de este
."
She grinned and called for the next person in line. I think.
"You speak English?" he asked. I nodded my head. "You need that line." and he pointed to a line that seemed a mile long. I grew a grim look and went to the back.
The fun part was, the next person we had trouble with is a woman who spoke French. I had this in the bag.
"Hi, here you go."
"Désolé, je ne parle pas anglais."
"Oh, sorry. Salut, voici mes billets."
"Bon, je vais tampon ces pour vous voilà!"
She stamped the tickets and pointed to the tunnel.
Trouble in the plane. I sat down and fit myself in. Some woman was staring out the window, unaware that I was there. I sat confortably, waiting for the captain to say to put seatbelts on. Later on, I felt a slight poke on my shoulder. I woke up in a blink.
"Um, excuse me, you're in my seat." a lady said. Still a little groggy, I looked at my ticket again. It actually said A-13. I was in E-13. I rubbed my eyes and got up and moved to the correct seat. I fell asleep.

Chapter 2

As the seconds past, my dreams seemed to drift into soft melodies, soothing to the heart, painful to the ears. Seriously, since when did music seem so... hurtful. Well, exept for the sound I hear when I listen to heavy-metal. Yikes! So, as I dreampt, I could hear everything thaat was going on. A couple arguing how theu were to spend there time in Egypt. As a matter of fact, I wanted to go to Egypt first. Never realized that we'd be headiung to the new Greece. The kid sitting next to me had a DSi planted in his hands. All I could make out on the screen was Pokémon. My son's had the same game, but much farther. He was, I guess using his Pigmite (off topic, I'm talking about Pokémon Black version) against a Lillipup. Eh, doesn't matter right now, but I keep searching. There was I guess some lady on the other side of the row with her portable laptop, cam-chating with some dude, I'm guessing her boyfriend or something. Didn't matter so I tried taking a snooze.
I awoke on an island in the middle of the ocean, abandoned. I was confsed by the sight. To the far west, I could see ships bellowing, seagull's shrieking, and I just about shrieked myself. To the east, I could see land, buildings bustling with excitment, cars honking their ass' off, and so on. To the south, a plane wreak! I hopped up from my crouched position and charged to the other side of the island. I tried touching the water, but I never made it. The island seemed to get longer and longer the farther I tried going. It was no use. I landed on my knee's like I had been shot down. I knew it wasn't possible, I just new it-

"Attention, this is your captain speaking." the mic blared on. I really awoke with a slight studder. The kid with the Pokémon stared at me. I looked at his screen and he had an Emboar. AKA the evolution of the Pigmite. I guess I was asleep for a While. "We will be arriving in Egypt soon. Please sit back and enjoy you're ride." I sat back and did so. A few minutes later, the mic came on again. "Attention, this is your captain speaking. Due to slight severe weather in Egypt, we will be landing in an opposing area. sit back and relax." Almost the entire cabin went "Aww!!" Then this happened. I peered out the window and saw some pretty heavy storm clouds. Thunder crackled and cracked... and hit the plane.

I spent 5 minutes searching for that story, thinking IceCold wrote it

I like it, but I'd like it more if it was faster paced.

Yeah, I agree it's not my best work so far. Eh, I'm just happy for now that Venn put the 2nd chapter in the newsletter. Be expecting an update from "The Clans: Rouge Situtions"
