Shadow Blade's "Master of the Masteries" Achievement Diary

Evenin'. Thinking about this challenge for a while now and I finnaly decided to make it official. I didn't have school today (my 2nd dog went into labour) and so I have been playing this while watching her to make sure she is okay. So, here are the rules:

Rules of the Master's Will
- you may not use the TQ Defiler nor the Editor
- have to start from scratch
- no multi-player gaming allowed
- you must complete all Achievements with ALL masteries in both TQ and IT
Failure to follow these rules may result in not being able to compete.

So, here are the Achievements

Achievements

The Greek Traveler
Defeat the Telekine in Act I

The Egyptian Hero
Defeat the Telekine in Act II

The Obsidian Hero
Defeat the Telekine in Act III

The Titan-ic
Defeat Typhon in Act III

The Underworld's Champion
Defeat Hades in Act IV

The Secret Passage
Defeat all monsters in the Secret Passage in Act IV

The Golden Finger
Collect 5,000,000 gold

The Relic-Hoarder
Complete 5 Essences/Ebobidoments/Incarnations from each Act

The Charmed Posseser
Complete 5 Normal/Epic/Legendary Monster Charms from each Act

The Divine Enchanter
Complete 5 Artifacts

Aint In Kansas Anymore
Kill at least 200,000 monsters

The Epicial
Find 5 Epic Items in all Acts

The Legendaryist
Find 5 Legendary Items in all Acts(cannot be Quest Items. Achievement only counts for Epic/Legendary difficulty(ies))

Ok, so I have to defeat the first Telkine with all 9 masteries to receive the first achievement? That is at least 5 classes. Hrm..

Don't worry about beating the first Telkine. There is one aspect of this challenge that makes all the others redundant:

Kill at least 500,000 monsters

Let me put this in perspective. My bow Brig reached level 75 more than a year ago and has farmed quite a bit since then. She has been played for 26 days and 7 hours. So that's 631 hours total. She has so far achieved 354k kills. So that's roughly 561 monsters per hour. At that average, it would take her 891 hours to hit the 500k mark.

Multiply that by five different toons to cover all nine masteries, and you have 891 X 5 = 4455 hours. If you play for an average of 3 hours a day, that is 1485 days or just over four years of daily playing. And that's IF you can take five toons to level 75+++ without dying and having to restart any of them.
