Torchlight Modders

So. Titan Quest had some of the best modders in the business. Who here from TQ has made mods over at Torchlight? Which ones? Are any of you still playing this game?

Never played TL after my first half playthrough. Waaaaayy too boring. Even tried with some mastery mods and it was dull, soooo I just didn't bother.

Aw that's sad. What bored you about it? Remember though...it's not fair to compare everything to the majesty that is TQ. I'd play that but...we all know my issues with that effing game.

Boring skills, boring environments, boring monsters. The whooole thing lol. I really HATED the classes too, they were no fun at all. It was primarly - rush to this skill and max it = win the game. TQ is similar of course, but at least there were other options, and not all classes worked that way.

In TQ, as storm, you rushed for squall so you could blast through normal, then respecced to something more manageable that would suit your other mastery.

In TL, as vanquisher, you sloooowly make your way to where you can get explosive shot, then you own everything with no remorse.

I considered modding it, but the lack of MP reaaaally put me off, and the mod tools looked too complex to use without tutorials, so I didn't bother, especially since I'm already familiar with TQs tools, might as well stick to that til GD or something else comes.

When TL 2 comes out and it supports mods, I will consider it then lol.

Damn. I'm having an absolute blast. It's a good old dungeon crawler.

You should check out Din's Curse, far superior to TL, though it's a bit dated visually.
