Seen the trailer the minute they released it. It was pretty epic! Intense fights and all. Glad to see the new hero designs, they look pretty mad now especially Razor and Bloodseeker. They are finally free from those ugly Warcraft 3 sprites. But they all resemble now heroes from HoN and LoL, well art-wise IMO.
I'm definitely be looking forward to buyin' this thing, as a DOTA player for 6 years, its a refreshing new start to things!

I suppose there are only so many hero designs one can come up with.But they all resemble now heroes from HoN and LoL, well art-wise IMO.
But yeah, that archer looked a LOT like Ashe.

Ashe's skills too . Frozen arrow ? I suppose Traxex from DoTA but she was supposed to be undead .
DOTA split away from being a Warcraft3 map, so its no longer following Warcraft's character themes of undeads, nightelves, taurens etc. so they remodeled the heroes completely.
The comments on videos about DOTA2 trailer became a flame war regarding Traxex and Ashe, who copied who, is HoN/LoL/DoTA better than one another..
But yeah, I think Ashe got her general theme from Traxex, as LoL is somewhat based on DOTA and its been out for how many years now before LoL

I hope LoL hasn't spoiled the gameplay for me
