I'm level 9 and I already have some points i want to spend elsewhere. Where is the nearest/closest mystic? How far into the game are they?

If I can remember correctly the fist Mystic I saw was in Athens. It's about 3/4 way in Greece.

Not sure how far into the game that is? Could you please be more specific? Like so far i've discovered i think 4 cities on my map screen, how many cities in is the mystic?
