It's in their future games book thingy, it's in this magazine you can scan while you visit their store. It's actually pretty reliable, unless a developer decides to push back the release date. The date posted there for D3's release is 01/01/2011.

I've found that to be 100% unreliable, FWIW, but the only thing I ever looked up in there was Spore. Which was wrong many, many times.
