Copyright Question

Hello
I would like to know if is possible use models, texture or sounds of Titan quest in other games, make a conversion of Meshe files and use in any other game as MOD.
I know that in the "MOD world" this is very common, but i do not know if I have to get any permission to use. I Tried to contact Iron Lore, but until now they did not respond, i also tried to contact the THQ to get some information, but until now they did not respond.

Iron Lore will never reply, they don't exist anymore.

You'd have to contact THQ and contact THQ over and over until they reply, because you don't wanna get into a copyright predicament.

Well, Drydoryssus from IGN forum, told me that Iron Lore now is Crate Entertainment, so i'm tring to contact them. Also, yesterday i sent another email to THQ and none until now...

No, Iron Lore is NOT Crate. Crate is a few members from Iron Lore, and I don't think they hold any of the intellectual/copyright property of TQ.

Unfortunately all of the art in Titan Quest is still owned by THQ. We only have the rights to use the engine / tools, which are owned by Iron Lore.
