Yea, playing HoN can be awesome (if your teammates are mentaly sane) and it can also suck major dong (if your teammates are not mental sane)

i encourage you to also test LoL - League of Legends, same genre but community is more forgiving and the learning curve is not that bad
i chose the game by accident and loved it from the first moment(probably would have loved HoN too, but LoL was first)

@nmhauser i am playing lol to , gotta say its good idea that you have to buy champs and runes and stuff , pretty cool , and gameplay is more dinamic then in some dota like games.
yes, and it's good that you can buy them by 'in-game currency' as well
i've never played dota before but it seems it's something i would love.
can't compare lol to hon either as i've had no opportunity to try it and the comparisons 'hon vs lo' thatl i've read are of course biased as i've seen them on lol forums :P

devo usually goes mid solo nowadays, but depends on team picks.
very nasty surprise having devo show up on lane with a lvl 2 hook+rot.
first blood right there, usually. (unless team gank at rune lol, that happens alot lately).
