What Char to Play for XMAX Challenge?

Hey everyone,

I've been playing this game for awhile now, but recently got into XMAX. I want to try completing the XMAX 0-Death Challenge, but I'm not sure what to play! Since I don't have great items on Vault there's no point playing twinked, so untwinked with pots would be my choice.

So, what class should I play? Preferably no pet-based builds, since Typhon/Act 4 would be horrible. I think I'm up for anything else.

Previous winners often had Nature, so that means pets.

There are a ton of classes that might fit the bill...Haruspex, Conqueror, Guardian...basically anything that has a high durability level while being able to dish out plenty of damage.

Haha by no pets I mean builds that don't use pets as primary killing tools. :P
I'm trying to pick classes that other people haven't successfully done - that do have high durability/damage potential, but have not yet successfully been completed - untwinked - if they were done twinked but haven't been done untwinked yet I'd consider that class.

So far the only class to win without twinking is Conqueror, and Persona grinded for levels quite a bit...
