I red some other posts and know that you can modify the core TQ files. How can we do this to put our customly made items into the main story-line? a private message would be great.

You can't have a modded item in the main quest. The database for that item does not exist. For that, you have to build your changes into the original database of TQIT, which is not what this tutorial covers.

There is a way, but it's a huge pain in the ass and I don't know anything about that, that's not what this tutorial is for.

One way is to build your custom mod changes into the game's database.
