That link doesn't work. I was going through the modding 101 for various things I had seen asked on the forums, and this was one, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?

I would start with the most common things first. Which would be Skin Modding & Manipulating Textures... and Creating Custom Items & Tagging...

Skin modding I can't teach people, we have a tutorial for that in the texture section already.

Custom tags is easy and really shouldn't need explaining beyond looking at the wikia/poinas' tutorial.
