After finishing the guide on creating 100% recharge down characters, I realized that a lot of the gear needed were very demanding on character stats. I thought I'd do a bit more theorycrafting and see if I could improve on this particular type of build. The results were quite spectacular.

I was surfing around looking for the "guide" mentioned above, but could not find it... would anybody be able to direct me to it?
Maybe swapping in/out some of the gear could help some more with my Legendary xmax woes

It's very easy for casters as numerous items give recharge. For melee, you could try the following:
Odysseus' Armor: -15%
Tracker's Hood: -38%
Talisman of the Jade Emperor: -25%
Shield ...of Focus: -18%
Polaris: -16%

That puts you at over 100%. Drop either Polaris or the shield and you'll still be at around 90%.

Right on... thank you for that... I should look into that Item database thingy for this info, lol. It's actually for my (caster) Prophet... she's getting KO'ed by crows outside Helos so I've been messing around some with her trying to get either full glass cannon (killing before anything gets to her) or a well-balanced setup that can tank a hit or 2 while waiting for a "perfect" Distort Reality activation. 100% rechage just muddied the waters so I'll look around some more.
