On Sacred 1 I played DE Rogue the most... On Sacred 2 the Temple Guardian.

Anyway I play the Dwarf because he's so **** versatile. Ranged weapons usable with shields, buffs that can ignore resistances for himself and allies, powerful combat arts with two handed axes, Trading at level 3...the list goes on. If you want to hear more praise for the Dwarf, just ask.
Sacred 1: DE Trapper, Battlemage
Sacred 2: Meh... Inquisitor and SW summoner. But that game kinda sucked. :/

That said, I've played all the characters for a while. The only two I will never play again are the dwarf (Sacred - sorry, but I don't like dwarves, in any game) and the temple guardian (Sacred 2 - just don't like him). I got a new copy of Sacred a couple of weeks back, for £4.99 - so it now runs properly on my laptop once more...
How effective was this? I'm waiting on my copy of Sacred 2 to arrive in the mail and I was planning out some builds earlier. How does it stack up to a Shadow Warrior?Originally Posted by Steerpike

The shadow warrior probably has more hit points, and technically can get better armour. Over all, I found very little that could threaten my sera all the way up to niobium - even bosses were relatively fast, when using polearms (my favourite weapons).
