Where to get Ritual amulets?

I have one already but it's only a normal one and I would sure like a legendary one (don't we all).
Are there any specific areas or shops where I can farm for one?

My normal Ritual amulet dropped in the Old Eleusis ruins from some trash chest, go figure .

Amulets only. Ritual amulet of Divination/the Tiger ftw!

Heh, turns out these things aren't much rare, got 2 within hours simply by shopping.

They're easier to shop than to find. They roll quite often with +Str, +Dex or +Int as second affix.

Finding the amulet is the easy part. It's getting the Tortured Soul charm with Ritual completion bonus to socket in it that takes the time and hard labour.

I have two full sets now of ammy-ring-ring all with Tortured Soul, one for casters and one for Str-based toons. And I wouldn't mind never seeing another Epiales again. Yeesh, you have to kill a lot of those darn things.

Yeah, that takes some graft! It's so disappointing when you put your time into farming the charms and then you get a lame completion bonus and it's back to square one!

Can't one use TQVault to get the Ritual bonus?

While I never dupe entire items, I don't mind rigging relics and charms to get the desired completion bonus because otherwise I am just gonna keep retrying until I get it anyway.
It's more of a sanity saving shortcut and shouldn't be compared with duping something like a Sapros .

Whilst I agree with you about talking yourself into the fact it isn't cheating, just time saving (but try and sell that to the grafters), I haven't actually got TQ Vault. The download page is blocked at work, I have no home internet and I'm too lazy to walk to the internet cafe (downstairs) and stick it on a flash drive. It's moving up my priority list though, because I have more mules than playable toons.
