To Bleed or Not to Bleed, That is the Poll

When comparing the extra "goodies" of Diablo 2 to Titan Quest with my friend, our ultimate bullet points were:

*Ragdolls
Vs.
*Exploding Corpses

I don't think we could have come up with anything to put for Diablo 2 if the satyrs we smashed both flew into a tree and left a stream of blood on the floor on their way to said destination.

Somewhere between medium and rare - and depending on the weapon and way of killing...

Wouldn't want to hit an enemy with a flaming sword and see it explode into bits (ain't that true, Fallout 3?). But I also think that some extra blood here and there can't do harm!

I voted medium, but it would be a better idea to have the turn on/off gore option.

A variable level of gore would be nice, Off/Minor Blood/Lots of blood/Decapitations & Limb Removal.

I prefer some gore, but unrealistic gore tends to make the game less enjoyable because it conflicts with my logic circuits. "How the hell did a blunt weapon slice him in half!"

I like the idea of variable gore, since it allows the player to customize the game to their playstyle, rather than being forced to see massive gore which can be a turnoff. Not everyone is a brutal bloodthirsty savage.

Voted medium if variable gore is not an option.

But the Variable Gore idea is cool. I'm a brutal bloodthirsty save, so mine would be like turned all the way up.

In between medium and well done, unless you get real pressure to remove it. I wouldn't compromise anything to get the blood in there. A little bit can be nice to give things some oomph, but games tend to go overboard.

I voted whatever. I'm really not bothered by the amount of blood spatter, as long as the game plays well and is fun.

H&S game different blood features are main features.
