Yea, see page 2.
| Trapper Mod | Trapsin (IT) | Pet Mechanics / Pet Druid | Int Melee Thane / Taser | Electric Burn DOT Mage |
I am going to try this build, just because I want something that is hugely entertaining and rather hard.
And I am going to play through the Underlord mod with it, so I hope it still works.
We shall see![]()
Nothing here to look at.....
i'm not 100% sure yet, but it seems that the "gear-swapping" technique i demonstrated in p. 2 no longer works in 1.17, since i made that video during the 1.16 days... the gears becomes unusable again once the captains signet is replaced by your main ring. im going to do further testing on this and if this is really the case, you won't be able to go 100% int and still wear legendary str/dex heavy items.

Final TQ Goals: All Professions in xmax Legendary (18/45)
I just got a friend into TQ a couple weeks ago, and he wanted to try playing co-op yesterday. It just so happened that the one character I had in the right level range for his was my Thane, who I hadn't used at all for a year and a half. I forgot how awesome it is to run around stabbing everyone in the face with lightning bolts.
I also seem to be a lot better at the game than I used to. When I started the character, I played just the un-modded game and was having a really hard time on Normal after getting to Acts 3 and 4. Of course, I'd only even finished Normal with one character before that. These days, I get bored if I play on anything other than xMax and usually at least Epic, so of course I jumped straight into xMax to see if my Thane was still as hard to play as I remembered, completely forgetting that I'd never even played it in xMax before...and it went just fine. It's amazing how much of a difference knowing what you're doing makes.
