    Show cooldown on skill description

Title says it all. I'm pretty sure everyone will agree.
Only point of discussion would be if we should either show the base cooldown, the current cooldown (affected by -%recharge) or both.

I think the base cooldown is the only one we're actually able to show and that's just fine, imo.

Show both, like what you see on the requirement for a stat when you have a -requirement% item equipped and it shows both values there. If you can't do it then oh well, but this would be the best IMO

As riffraff said, show both to avoid confusion if you are able to. While something like this doesn't matter much with shorter cast skills, it can mean a whole lot when dealing with pets or buffs.

A big YES to this one. I can't even imagine why the developers couldn't get around to adding decent tooltips to their abilities.

I've never figured out why Titan Quest didn't show skills cooldown. The most part of the games show it, what is pretty helpful. My vote is YES!

AFAIK mods like Paths simply had it written into the skill description, so there may not even be a variable for it.
In any case, I think base cooldown only is fine.
