You need to collect the Parchements of the Beast.

Amazing...have to play lilith again...now with TQVault working, I think I can put together enough parchments to go in there.
I've gone through some characters, and I've still got to get three more parchments of the beast to get a complete set. Am I correct in assuming that you can only enter that portal with a complete set?
