Usualy online around 5-6 pm Central EU time.
U need to close your fire wall.
I don't mean to disable it or allow all the trafic or anything like that.Right click on its icon in task bar and shutdown the firewall. Windows firewall should also be disabled. If u use any router to connect to internet, log in into your router's setup page and check if it has any kind of fire wall.( manu routers do) and disable it in that case.
And... ignor the windows alert while the firewall is off, nothin gonna happen! if u feel really unsecure, close the downloading apps( torrent and ....), but it's not really important!
