Perhaps add a +% chance to pass through enemies or something. Don't even know if that's possible

...how's about jus raising the attack speed?Or increasing chance for crit's.Bows are slow enough as it is.

A bow doesn't crit, iirc. Something to do with projectiles being non-OA/DA dependent and thus always hitting (safe for the %chance to avoid projectile modifier).

The relic itself is ok: lower attack speed, but higher piercing damage which is usually multiplied several times by the abilities of a bow user. Nothing wrong here. I believe it's the completion bonuses that make Achille's the better pick.
Now if someone can tell me why I tend to get 4 Artemis' for 1 Achille's, that would be great.

Maybe we could add some -% moving speed there. 5/10/15%.

If a hunter needs movement they put some points into Trail Blazing, or as a last-ditch effort stick Hermes on their greaves. I don't think Artemis is really that weak although +%Chance to pass through is a great (albeit probably undoable) idea - problem is, if we could do that it'd be too powerful without removing one of the existing terms and slightly upping the other anyway.
And is it me or do these (and Li-Nehza's Guile) have rather trippy drop chances?
I'm filling my Vault with them...
