And create new ones.
Cooldowns in this game are retarded, some spells are useful only if you can get -100 recharge%
Outsider lifespan should be completely removed, same for others summons, early lvl and no -recharge summons like this with so high cooldown are boss skills use only what reduce fun from game same for other spells like collosus.
33% hp reduction is too much reduce it to 10-15% give him something more to be attractive.
So - you're proposing nerfing the Outsider in order to make it a permanent pet? Doesn't make much sense. Why would you nerf it and make it permanent? It indicates to me that you want another pet, but that's not to the intention of the skill at all; it was meant as a powerful pet that would do a lot of damage in a short time spawn. And that's exactly what it does. It's quite powerful enough and I use it in the game all the time, not only for bosses. Though it doesn't scale up properly, that's the only thing wrong with it (well, that and it having an ugly retro alien look).
How you want use it all the time when has like 6 minutes cooldown and stay for like 30 sec if not killed? What is fun with spells like this when you use them only against bosses? You call it well designed?
Heh, I use it quite often when it's recharged. Ofcourse I use Nature with it, which offers Refresh. You don't face a boss every 6 minutes..
