[Spirit] Vision of Death
Vision of Death is sorta nice, but really a one point wonder. It gives 66% chance to fumble attacks, that's huge. But it has a crappy radius combined with sort of a long reload time, which makes the skill hard to utilize.
My suggestion is to let the skill slowly build up, from 20% to 66% chance to fumble (on ultimate level), and let the skill start out at 3.3 radius and increase it by 0.3 yards per skill.

I totally agree, atm there's no purpose in putting more than one point in this skill.
