As you probably know, there were no official patches for IT.

For unofficial patches, check tqitfanpatch.com/

The latest version is 1.15, and it seems you have it installed.

1.2 and 1.3 were official patches for vanilla TQ. (1.3 was released at the same time as IT which was never officially patched.)
