With the recent changes in speed cap, leading to a maximum of 300% attack speed with a single weapon, i think the skill "Wink of the Eye" has become too powerful for a tier 1 skill.
It's just a suggestion, but i guess it would be more reasonable to have a "+100% attack speed" temporary boost instead of 150.

I don't think it's overpowered. It only lasts 2-3 odd seconds. That's only enough time to kill 1 or 2 ordinary enemies per activation.
It's pretty powerful vs bosses though.
But I suggest we leave it like it is.
Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd ask this here as it's about 'Wink of the eye' skill.
Does the cooldown of the skill decrease with the amount of points you put into it? Because I noticed that now that I have 7 points in it it activates way more often than it used to when I had like 2 points in it. But none of this is mentioned in the stats of the skill.
That's interesting, will try this out on my Seeker.
Maybe it's just me, but it activates A LOT now. I never remember it activating this often. Maybe it's some changes that occured from the new patch.
