Fetish can be used without placing points in Illusions.

Swerve stops giving %Dodge Attack after level 3.

in regards to swerve, on the website its listed as going from 3% at lvl 1 to 5% at lvl 9....so it MAY be intentional. i dont know if its the same in-game or not because of how outdated the site is.

i hope its not intentional though

Fetish is meant to be separate from illusions as it a completely different skill to illusions though it job is similar.
