Hay Does Any One Know Any Hacking Mods or defillers that you can make your own items or at least edit them?

The short answer is "No."

You CAN modify your database, however, and create new items, new spells, new monsters, whatever.

So first, learn how to use the Toolset.
Then, you must learn how to make it actually work. Go to the Mods Forum and read these threads:

hay thanks man so how do other people hack all those other items and where do they get the chris stuff from

That stuff is already in the database; it's just incredibly rare (the chris stuff never actually drops at all in the game; but since it's in the db, it is possible to create a custom map with the items and then take them back to the main game by using mods; search this forum for "TQVault" and "SSTQDefiler")

ok cool now every time i try to make a map it doenst let me actualy play it i have and can see the map in the custom map thing i just cant play it why not i followed all of the editors instuctions but it just doesnt work
