Cant install Immortal Throne

Hi all, I am having a problem installing the Immortal Throne. I purchased the Titan Quest Gold edition with both original and expansion pack. I can install the original game but when I try to install the expansion it won't install.
I can put the install code in but the next button will not highlight so I am stuck. Any help will be appreciated.
P.S. This is the first time on a forum so please go easy on me if I have made any noob errors. Thx.

Have you tried double-checking the code?
0 and O can look very similar in some fonts, as well as 5 and S...

Yes I have tried putting letters in place of numbers etc but the install code won't allow you to do that, it just doesn't accept anything but the right numbers and letter combos. When I have them all in place the "next" button won't come on?
I am totally lost as I have never had this happen on any expansion pack I have bought.
Do you have to finish the whole game before you can install the expansion?

No, you don't have to play the game first. Although it may be worth running the original before installing the Xpack.

Is your Gold Edition a Canadian version? If so, try installing Immortal Throne with the CD Key printed on the French Titan Quest manual. On some of the Canadian editions the CD Keys were swapped on the two manuals.

I have had this same issue with my version of the Gold Edition TQ+IT pack

I'm aware of the Canadian versions problems however i do not have a Canadian version nor a north American i have an Australian version. please advise

LOL, Your problem is your putting in the wrong code. There are 2 codes, one on the back of the titan quest manuel, and the other on the back of Imortal throne. :] Now if I could just install and play my copy.

I am having the exact same problem, except my versions are the original TQ and original TQIT both from their release dates. I have had not problem with the coes before, but now I am trying to install them on my new PC, I am not able to get past the greyed out next box....
