1.5 seconds isn't that long![]()
It sould be noted that Temporal Rift petrifies, not stuns. And it's great because none (?) of the monsters have resistance to that, whereas some monsters have very high stun resists.
I'd also like to see a moro thorough thoughts about the skills and classes. Now it seems like you made that in a hurry. The grammar could use some improvement also, for easier reading.

Yup, guess i ll go fix that right away.. Thx
Fixed.. And for those who are lazy to read back, i posted the changes here too.. Not that any of those replying now seem to need the information, but oh well
The "stun" from Distort Reality actually aint that great.. However, its true essense is in Temporal Rift, which, at maxed, give over 7 seconds of petrification, which no non-boss monster seem to hav resistance to. Making it a great panic button, as well as an awesome crowd control ability. However, it seems that all "disabliing time" are halved in legendary, thus makind Temporal Rift petrifying ability work only for around 4 seconds. At least this has been the case with me
Good FAQ. I haven't read all of it though, but it is very useful.
Considering your TitanCalc build of a spear based slayer, you maxed out Lacerate. But since it requires at least one weapon to be a sword or an axe, it wouldn't do a spear slayer any good.
I just did a test run again w my slayer to make sure...
While Lacerate's skill description does say that it requires a "sword or axe", Warwind w a Spear does hit 9 target w maxed Lacerate.. I think it works as long as its a bladed weapon..
Thus i will be keeping my Spear/Shield Slayer build the same.. Thx for the reminder tho![]()
Is a shield & weapon Harbinger less effective than Dual wielding one?
I think its all a matter of play style.. Altho i personally feel that DW is much better, since Dream doesnt hav any skills that boost a shield, unlike Defense.. On the other hand, Dream hav many other skills that boost a char's defensive measure (ToC : % resistance, DR: superb crowd control, Premonition: DA/OA, etc).. So i think its much more effective to DW as a Harbringer.. After all, DW-ing is the essense of Warfare, unless you hav a very good reason not to (Conqueror, Slayer, your mum dont like you to DW, etc), do it.
Due to a recent discovery by Kalyan: http://www.titanquest.net/forums/spo...tml#post186746, i have added Hamstring as a maxed skill (previously deemed useless and not touched at all).. Changes made in the 1st post and in all of the suggested build..
Again, thx to Kalyan for such a great find.
